ONLINE RETURN POLICY

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES.

At OLD FORT COIN EXCHANGE,  LLC we guarantee your satifaction.  We provide all our customers with a Return and/or Exchange policy on almost everything we sell including bullion, certified coins and certified paper currency, undamaged. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] or call (920)723-5873 during business hours to obtain a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number. Be sure to include the RMA on the oustide of the package for shipment. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without an RMA may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.  Return shipping, on items that are being returned/exchanged will be paid for by the customer

 The following items must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging: Non-certified coins, Non-certified paper currency and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at managements discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
 

OLD FORT COIN EXCHANGE, LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $40 or 10% of the total order price (whichever is greater) on all refunded orders. We may charge a $25 processing fee on all exchanges. Refunds, at our discretion, may be issued via OLD FORT COIN EXCHANGE, LLC store credit redeemable for future purchases in lieu of a cash refund.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

On returning bullion related items, the customer may (at OLD FORT COIN EXCHANGE, LLC's discretion) be required to pay for any market loss on their returns. Any market gain on refunds shall remain the property on OLD FORT COIN EXCHANGE, LLC.
