DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on certain products in all states.  Each state has its own sales tax laws.  If other retailers are not charging sales tax per state laws, you are liable to pay the sales tax to the state


HOW ARE YOUR PRICES DETERMINED?

Our prices are set by taking the current spot price, plus a premium. The premiums on our products are based on the mint of origin, the uniqueness of the product and what price we purchaed that product for. Some items cost us more to buy; in turn, those items will cost our customers more. Conversely, if our wholesaler charges us less for an item, we pass those savings along to our customers.


IS MY PACKAGE INSURED WHILE IN TRANSIT?

OLD FORT COIN EXCHANGE fully insures all of its shipments through the shippers insurance coverage. All sales orders are shipped by us, in our discretion, by USPS, FEDEX, UPS and other common carriers.  Please note, packages sent registered and insured mail can take 4-10 business days.
